Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be really happy with the stock you purchase from Eco Beach, but we understand that sometimes things just don't fit in your store or they are not quite what you expected. So of course we are happy for you to return stock to us for an exchange or full refund:
- 30 day returns & exchange
- Full refund
We aim to process refunds within 5 business days of receipt of the returned goods. Funds will be transferred electronically back to the card or paypal account from which the original payment was made. Time for funds to appear in your account may vary slightly depending on your card provider.
Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
